  • In cases of service delays, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer, but we are not responsible for indirect losses or inconveniences.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Customers may cancel a service request before dispatch without penalty.

  • Once a tow truck is en route, cancellation fees may apply.

  • Refunds are not provided for completed services unless an error was made by Rapid Rescue Towing LLC.
